Lamb Recipe: 1lb ground lamb meat 1 small shallot 1 table spoon of parsley 1/2 cup of bread Crumbs 1 egg 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of turmeric 1 teaspoon of salt or salt seasoning 1 teaspoon of black pepper 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika Place the lamb ground meat in a small bowl and add all ingredients and seasoning and mix.
