Lamb Meatball Recipe

Lamb Recipe:

1lb ground lamb meat

1 small shallot

1 table spoon of parsley

1/2 cup of bread Crumbs

1 egg

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of turmeric

1 teaspoon of salt or salt seasoning

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

Place the lamb ground meat in a small bowl and add all ingredients and seasoning and mix. Sprinkle a little water over the mixture

Take a small portion of the meat and roll into a ball (you should make at least 8-10 meatballs)

Heat the grill pan on high heat and then lower to medium once the pan is hot

Place each meatball on the pan and let cook on each side for 5-8 minutes

Yogurt Sauce Recipe:

1 6 oz cup of yogurt

1 teaspoon of paprika, salt and black pepper

1/2 fresh lemon - squeeze a few drops

I piece of minced garlic

1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil

A pinch of lemon zest

1 teaspoon of dill

Whisk all of the ingredients in a small bowl and use as a side sauce for the lamb
