We started the year off with great expectations and things instantly turned sour and it was hard to envision the light at the end of the tunnel. Roaming the streets and scoping the most festive homes on the Upper East Side elevated my mood and hope for a better day. 2020 taught me to slow down and embrace the beauty in our surroundings.
